General Terms and Conditions By using this Site (services, functions and content included) in any way, you have agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions set forth below, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this Agreement. If you do not agree to each and all of these terms and conditions please do not use this Site and leave the site immediately.
Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Agreement means your acceptance of those changes.
Please note that all rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. In the case of pricing errors, Cleopatra Hotel reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price and service.

Warranty Disclaimer The content of our website is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind, implied or expressed, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, the warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make every effort to make sure that all information and content (including graphics) presented on this site is accurate. However, Cleopatra Hotel does not accept any liability including negligence for any errors or omissions presented (regarding, content, graphics and links) and reserves the right to change any information on the website at any time without prior notice. Images are indicative of the style of the rooms and may not represent wholly the actual fittings, furnishings and size of the room at any specific point.
We make no commitment to update the information of this site or the site itself and we do not warrant that the site or the services, content, materials or functions contained in the site will be continuously available, uninterrupted or error-free or that the site or the servers that make the site are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation to Liability/ Indemnity
We cannot ensure that you will be satisfied with any products or services that you purchase or use from the Site. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any of the products, services in connection therewith ( including third-party providers of products or services such as JCC payment systems and/ or Webhotelier), your sole and exclusive remedy shall be to discontinue use of the site and terminate this agreement in accordance with the terms hereof.
Cleopatra Hotel and its Directors and/or Managers and/or Employees and/or Agents will not be liable for any damages arising out of the access or use or inability to use the Site or its links, any products, data, information or services (including from third-party providers such as JCC, Webhotelier etc) received through the Site, unauthorized access, any demand related to the use of Software, or any materials or recommendations made by third parties on our website. The term ‘damages’ includes inconsequential or consequential, compensatory, direct or indirect, loss of data, income or profit, property and third-party claims. You hereby waive any and all claims against us regarding the aforementioned.
Sundry
Some of our facilities are closed during some time of the year. Loucoullos Restaurant and the Swimming pool and pool restaurant are open May-October weather allowing. Our Gym is closed on Public Holidays and some days during Christmas, Easter and the month of August. Please consult our website for exact dates which will posted close to the closing and /or opening dates.
Online Bookings
Once your booking is made a confirmation reference number will be sent to you with a booking confirmation. We recommend that you keep a note of this number. You will also receive an e-mail with your reservation. We recommend you present these two letters during check-in.
In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you will need this confirmation reference number as well as the e-mail address used to make the reservation.
Disclaimer: when you arrive at the hotel we will do our best to meet your room bed type preferences. This however is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to decline any corporate cards
We reserve the right with no excuse to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity and under any other circumstances where it seems that the reservations contain or have resulted from any error or mistake.
Children and extra beds
- Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Extra beds
- Children from 2 years old to 12 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
- People 13 years old and over stay for EUR 25.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
- The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1.
- Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- No children (0-12) allowed in Executive Rooms and Suites.
- Additional fees/charges are not calculated in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- For any reservations or other services bought on this site and for which fees may be applicable, you accept to comply with the terms and conditions of the purchase as imposed, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, or services. Further, you will be responsible for the payment of all fees, taxes, and any other charges as a result of using this site.
- Pets are not allowed.
Arrival and Departure
Please note that check-in time is 2 pm on arrival day and our check-out time is at 12 pm on departure day. If arriving earlier or leaving later than the mentioned times we will do our utmost to accommodate you with or without charge at our discretion.
Currency
Room Rates are guaranteed only in local currency.
Taxes and Service
Prices quoted include Taxes and service.
Cancellation Policy for Flexible Rate
Your card will be charged with the whole amount for the 1st night of accommodation. Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival. Balance will be paid on arrival. In the case of cancellation, if you cancel your reservation before 2 pm (hotel local time) on the previous day of arrival, it will result to no charge and we will make a refund on your credit card equal to 1 night’s stay. In case you cancel your reservation after 2 pm on the previous day of arrival or fail to show there will be NO refund of the 1st night’s charge.
Cancellation Policy for Non-Refundable Rate
The total price of the reservation will be charged any time after booking. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time
Please note that in the case you wish to change or extend your stay with us it will be subject to Rates and availability for the period requested.
User privacy agreement
Your information provided will be registered securely and used only by us for the purposes of making this reservation. It will not be distributed to third parties and we will not send you unsolicited special offers. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Non Performance
In the event the Hotel is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement due to any reason beyond the hotel’s reasonable control including but not limited to strikes: labour disputes: acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; disasters; acts of war; acts of God; civil disorder; fires; flood or other emergency conditions; any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the hotel; such non-performance is excused and the hotel may terminate this agreement with no further liability of any nature. In such event, the hotel shall not be liable for any consequential damages of any nature for any reason whatsoever.
Child Policy
We consider infants to be equal and less than 2 years old, and children equal and less than 12 years old. One child under 12 may share a bedroom free with 2 adults in Standard Rooms only.
Eligibility of Use
One must be over 18 years old in order to make a booking or to enter in any binding contracts with us.
Promotions and Offers
Please note that all promotions and offers (e.g. special code rate) are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed. All special offers are subject to availability.
Site Use
The website is intended to provide you with information about the hotel and the option to make a hotel reservation online if availability permits. You may print information from the site in connection with your travel, but you are not entitled to reproduce, replicate, display, modify, resell, or otherwise exploit the website (including images, text, page layout, form, logos etc) unless we provide you with prior written admission to do so. In case you download software from the Site, the software (including any files, images, data etc) are licensed to you by us or third parties in connection with the Site only. We retain full title to the Software and related intellectual property rights. You cannot interfere with this Software nor sell and redistribute it.
In the case of forums and public communications such as a chat area, message board, social media and e-mails used, we will not tolerate any inappropriate behaviour or activity or actions. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to remove or edit content or your participation from any Forum and public communication at any time for any reason.
You may find other users’ information provided on our site to be offensive, deceptive, inaccurate, or harmful. Please note that we do not control such information available on our site or our Social Media Accounts. Please note there are risks when dealing with underage persons, foreign nationals, or people acting under false pretense. When using the Site or other public communication (e.g. Social Media) please use caution and common sense.
You guarantee that all information provided by you in using this Site is true and accurate and without false or fraudulent reservation. You agree that you will use the online reservation tool of this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. In the case that you overuse or abuse the reservation facilities of this Site or the hotel, you understand this may result in your being denied access to such facilities with no further liability on our behalf.
Access Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify your access or terminate your access to the Site and its facilities or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

By providing links to third parties websites we are not recommending or endorsing such sites or the services or products provided by them. Therefore we accept no responsibility for the products, services or other situations at or related to or from any other website.
Privacy

Miscellaneous
If any part or provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable or void, then the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect.
Jurisdiction
This contract shall be governed, construed and interpreted by, through and under the Laws of Cyprus.
